Betsy Petty

My name is Mrs. Petty, and I’m so excited to be your child’s first grade teacher!

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Ithaca College in New York and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University. Originally from New Jersey, I spent most of my life there before moving to Rock Hill, South Carolina 12 years ago. I’m married and a proud mom of five children (4 girls and 1 boy!). This is my 33rd year as an educator, and I truly believe teaching is my life’s calling. I am deeply passionate about working with children and am committed to creating a classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and loved. I promise to treat each student as if they were my own.
