Carman Austin

I am Carman Austin. I am a native Rock Hillian where I attended Winthrop University and earned my BS in Elementary Education. I earned my Masters degrees in Reading from Winthrop University, Divergent Learning from Columbia College, and Educational Leadership from Gardner-Webb University. I have two adult children and five grandchildren who are my sunshine! I am an avid DIYer, and never met a power tool I didn't like! My two fur babies make all DIY projects more interesting! Since discovering hiking, my life has not been the same! I am active in my church and truly see my career as my calling. The children I serve are never viewed as a coincidence.
